Royal Mail Cyber Attack on 11th January

Royal Mail have issued a statement informing customers of a serious cyber attack on their systems that handle export deliveries (to all countries outside of the UK). UK deliveries are unaffected.

For the latest updates on this incident, please see:

Royal Mail have now started accepting new items for export (from 26th January) but for tracked items they are only offering the "Tracked and Signed" option - meaning that customers will need to sign for their package when it arrives.  If you are not available on delivery it may be taken to your local delivery office, so please look out for a notification (or check your tracking information).

They have indicated that the tracking information may not be as informative as before, and there will still be some further delays to the services so please bear this in mind when ordering.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience.
