Deliveries to destinations outside of the UK

Customs Processing

Your country may impose importation fees and/or additional taxes on the value of your import, so before placing an order please check what fees you may have to pay when purchasing from us.

All of the packages we send out can be tracked and your contact information you provided at the time of order it passed to the delivery service so that they can contact you if there are additional duties to pay.  Please ensure the correct contact information is given.

It is also advisable to keep a regular check on the tracking information on your local postal services page for any outstanding import fees to be paid.  There is usually around a 2-week window for payments to be made - please ensure payments are made as soon as possible to avoid any issues.

Under no circumstances are we liable for any additional importation fees.  If are not prepared to pay the required import fees, please do not place an order.  If you refuse to pay, the package will be returned to us.  In these cases we will refund the value of the items purchased minus any delivery and handling costs incurred.  Any custom/bespoke items may not be refunded.  Any  design time charges will also not be refunded.

Import Fees

Costs vary from country to country so please ensure you are aware of the additional costs that will likely be due.  The following is a typical example for EU imports:

  • VAT on the total order value (17-27% depending on country)
  • Import duties - for EU countries, this is charged at 3 EUR per item type (separate HS codes).  If you order multiple items of the same type (for example, 30 vinyl decals) this is classed as one charge (3 EUR).
  • Handling fee - normally around 10 EUR but varies from country to country.

These fees are cumulative so can add up, especially on smaller orders where they can quickly exceed the value of items.

For the United States, the fees are simplified and paid up-front (see below for more information):

  • US import tariff (currently 10% of the total items value)
  • Royal Mail handling fee (£0.50)

Duty Pre-payment (PDDP)

Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) is required for the United States and Germany.  These fees are pre-calculated at the time of purchasing postage and must be paid up-front. For these two destinations, you will be sent a request for payment for these fees which must be paid before we can process your order.  Unfortunately we have not yet found a way to accurately add these fees into the order process.
