Our Returns Policy
If you change your mind
Our returns options vary depending on the item(s) you've ordered from us. Please see below for more detailed information on each product. If you are in any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us for help.
Items you can return within 14 days of receiving, for a full refund:
Standard printed stickers
You can return most of our standard pre-printed sticker products for a refund, as long as they are received in new, unused condition. Standard pre-printed stickers are usually stock items or a single or small number of variations which are not made to order.
Generic, printed metal plaques
Any standard stock designs can be returned. Any plaques with any sort of customisation on cannot be returned.
Resin-domed stickers
Any standard stock designs can be returned.
Non-custom sunstrips
Any standard stock sunstrips may be returned.
Prints & Canvas Art
All of our standard prints and canvases can be returned.
Items you cannot return:
Wing/spoiler Union Jack stickers
As we offer a wide range of custom options these decals are made to order and generally cannot be returned. Please contact us in the first instance.
Cut-vinyl decals
All of out cut-vinyl products, as we offer such a wide array of sizes and colours, are made to order and cannot be returned for a refund.
Customised plaques
Any plaques that have been customised with your personal information, or choice of text/numbers, are made to order items that cannot be returned.
Clothing
All clothing is pressed to order based on your original requirement - and we don't carry huge amounts of "blank" stock, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any items of clothing (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies etc). Please make sure you choose the correct size when ordering as you won't be able to swap if it's wrong.
If you require a different size not listed in our standard options (S/M/L), please get in touch. For a small additional fee we can order in stock in a specific size for you. Please note that delivery times may vary and will delay your order by a few days.
Requesting a Return
You have 14 days after receiving the product to initiate a return, for any reason, as long as the item(s) are eligible for return (see the list of qualifying items above). Items must be repackaged securely and we recommend using a tracked & insured delivery service to make the return. Please note you are liable for any return costs incurred.
Once the item(s) are received back to us you will be issued with a full refund of the item(s).
Sign in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online shop, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
Cancelling an Order
Times vary from order to manufacture and fulfilment, our general cancelation period is one hour after placing the order but please contact us immediately if you do not wish to proceed with an order as it still may be possible to cancel at any time up to the fulfilment.
No money is charged until an item has been fulfilled, so in the event of a cancellation your initial order authorisation is cancelled and the order is void. There is nothing to refund as no funds were charged.
Late Deliveries
Late delivery of Products will not entitle you to a refund unless you have served a notice of cancellation prior to delivery in accordance with this paragraph. If we fail to deliver a Product within 14 days of the delivery date, you may terminate your order in relation to that Product by serving a notice on us at info@divinehandcraft.co.uk.
Except as follows, we will refund the price of a Product which we have failed to deliver in full, including any applicable delivery charges, usually within 30 days of your notification. If it is too late to recall the Product from the mail, you must return the Product to us within 14 days of the date of delivery and your refund will be processed in accordance with the second bullet point of the preceding paragraph. This paragraph does not affect customers’ rights under the seven-day cooling off period (see above).
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
