If you change your mind
Our returns options vary depending on the item(s) you've ordered from us. Please see below for more detailed information on each product.
Store listed cut vinyl and stickers
You can return any of our listed vinyl and sticker products for a refund, as long as they are received in new, unused condition, and within 14 days of your original order date. If you intend to return an item please let us know within this period.
You will be refunded the full cost of the decal/sticker minus any delivery charges. You will be responsible for any return costs incurred.
Custom vinyl and stickers (not listed on the store)
Any custom decals or stickers not generally available on the store cannot be returned or refunded. If you order a custom commission please bear this in mind when placing your order. This also includes personalized items, or items which you've requested changes to when ordering.
You can return any of our standard (no customised) prints within 14 days of order for a full refund, minus any delivery costs. You are responsible for any return costs incurred.
If you have ordered personalisation options for your print, or your print is not generally available on our store, then we are unable to accept a return on these items.
You can return any of our bottle lights within 14 days of order for a full refund, minus any delivery costs. You are responsible for any return costs incurred.
Our canvases are made to order and cannot be returned for a refund.
All clothing is pressed to order based on your original requirement - and we don't carry huge amounts of "blank" stock, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any items of clothing (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies etc). Please make sure you choose the correct size when ordering as you won't be able to swap if it's wrong.
If you require a different size not listed in our standard options (S/M/L), please get in touch. For a small additional fee we can order in stock in a specific size for you. Please note that delivery times may vary and will delay your order by a few days.
Cancelling an Order
If you cancel the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process a full refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation.
In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
For any other reason (for instance, because you consider that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund, if appropriate, via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.
We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
Late delivery of Products will not entitle you to a refund unless you have served a notice of cancellation prior to delivery in accordance with this paragraph. If we fail to deliver a Product within 14 days of the delivery date, you may terminate your order in relation to that Product by serving a notice on us at email@example.com.
Except as follows, we will refund the price of a Product which we have failed to deliver in full, including any applicable delivery charges, usually within 30 days of your notification. If it is too late to recall the Product from the mail, you must return the Product to us within 14 days of the date of delivery and your refund will be processed in accordance with the second bullet point of the preceding paragraph. This paragraph does not affect customers’ rights under the seven-day cooling off period (see above).
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
